HRP is composed of several isozymes with isoelectric point of ph3-9. The optimum pH of enzyme catalysis varies slightly with different hydrogen donors, but most of them are around pH5. The enzyme is soluble in water and ammonium sulfate solution with saturation below 58%. The maximum absorption spectra of HRP were 403nm and 275nm, respectively. The purity of HRP was expressed by the ratio of od403nm / od275nm (RZ). The smaller the RZ value, the more non enzyme proteins
