This product is made up of 7 striped double stranded DNA strips, which is suitable for the analysis of DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis. The product already contains 1 × Loading buffer, 2-5 can be taken directly according to the experimental needs μ L electrophoresis, easy to use and clear electrophoresis image.

The sizes of the seven bands were 300500800150020003000500bp respectively



usage method:



1. take the 3-6ul product into the sample hole of agarose gel (add 1mm*1mm hole per 1ul plus 1ul, if the sample hole is wider than 5mm, the sample can be added appropriately) for electrophoresis.



2. suggest electrophoresis conditions: gel concentration is 2%, gel length is 5-7cm, electrophoresis voltage is 4-10v/cm, electrophoresis time is 25-30 minutes.



After EB staining, the bands were observed under UV lamp



Note: if Goldview and other dyes are used for dyeing, since the sensitivity is lower than EB, please increase the sample loading amount of marker as appropriate



matters needing attention:



1. The quality of agarose has a great impact on DNA electrophoresis. Please try to use high-quality agarose during electrophoresis



2. please use fresh gel buffer and freshly prepared agarose gel for electrophoresis to ensure a good separation effect of Marker.



3. The marker is applicable to the determination of DNA fragment size and rough quantification of DNA content, and does not use the accurate quantification of DNA fragment content
