Properties: white crystal or crystalline powder. The decomposition temperature is about 280 ºC, there is no caramelization reaction, soluble in water (1g / 5ml) propylene glycol (1g / 25ml), almost insoluble in ethanol, ether, benzene and chloroform. The pH of 10% aqueous solution is 5.5-7.5. It is stable to heat, light and air, stable under alkali and slightly decomposed in acid. It tastes sweet and slightly bitter when heated

Purpose: biochemical research. The sweetness of the product is about 30 times that of sucrose. It can still feel sweet when diluted 1:10000 (sucrose 1:140, saccharin 1:50000), which can be used in all aspects as a non nutritional sweetener. The use concentration should not exceed 0.4% to ease the bitterness
