Property: liquid. PFU DNA polymerase is a high fidelity high temperature DNA polymerase isolated from thermophilic bacterium Pyrococcus furiosis. PFU DNA polymerase has the activity of 5 '- 3' exonuclease, which can correct the mistakes in PCR. It is the lowest error rate in the PCR process among all the DNA high-temperature polymerases that have been found so far. The error rate is about 10 times lower than that of the ordinary Taq DNA polymerase. The elongation rate of PFU DNA polymerase is about 800 bases per minute, the optimum elongation temperature is 65-75 ºC, the PCR product is flat end, and there is no single DA at 3 ′ end
